Getting ready to Remember!

Members have recently made good progress on designing and building a display commissioned by the Pateley Bridge Town Council to commemorate the Armistice and all those who have given their lives over the years . The picture below shows work in progress, almost finished, but not quite!

Art work has been a joint effort by several members of the Shed and also member of the Art group which meets in Studio 6 at the King Street Workshops. She has done a great job of the Royal Marines "yomping" towards the Twin Sisters ridge in the Falklands.

Look out for the completed display in the Fox's Head Well from early November until sometime after the Armistice parade on 11th November - AND PLEASE do not forget to buy a Poppy or two.
